PBH Paarlview Day Hospital 

Paarl Day Hospital is situated in Paarl, Western Cape intends to house state- of-the-art equipment and offer a wide array of day hospital procedures and specialised multidisciplinary healthcare services. It is a 20 bed, 2 major theatre day hospital with 6 operational renal dialysis stations and 6 oncology treatment stations.  Plans have been approved by the Western Cape Department of Health.

Comprehensive Specialised & Multi-Disciplinary Services

The design concept reflects a majority single-storey hospital building with consulting suites on the first floor. The consulting section has been designed to accommodate both permanent consulting suites and sessional rooms. We invite input from all interested parties in designing the final layout of their consulting suites.

The PBH Group has a proven track record in developing, owning and managing hospitals and primary health facilities. The PBH Group are closely involved with the strategic development and day-to-day-day management of hospitals and clinics for over 25 years. PBH Group
has a proven track record and a reputation of being a
trusted operator.

The PBH Group has embarked on a national expansion plan to expand its current portfolio, both geographically and by the type of healthcare facility. PBH Group wishes
to establish state of the art, cost effective facilities
to serve the long overdue needs of those communities
that are in need of accessible and quality healthcare.

Economic Contribution & Market Positioning 

The Paarlview Day Hospital will be PBH’s first development in the Western Cape and will serve the
larger Drakenstein Municipal area, including the Paarl and
Franschoek communities. The PBH Paarlview Day Hospital will form part of the organic expansion plan of the PBH Group to establish a national footprint of quality healthcare facilities. PBH Group is inviting prospective health professionals with the opportunity to utilise,
support and also invest in the PBH Paarlview Day Hospital.
The PBH Group will be responsible for operating and management of the new facility and PBH’s property development partner, Mainreef , will be responsible for the construction of the facility.
